Soccer Village is Hiring a Retail Sales Associate Near Franklin, TN
Soccer Village is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Associates to join our team. At Soccer Village, we want to provide the best customer service experience possible. All Soccer Village Sales Associates play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the store. If you are a soccer-minded individual with customer service experience and a great attitude this is the job for you.
Advancement opportunities available
- Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store or over the phone
- Greet customers with exemplary and timely service
- Merchandise, stock, and replenish the selling floor constantly
- Organize and clean store
- Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions
- Process customer's transactions through Soccer Village's Point of Sale system according to Soccer Village guidelines
- Help to address loss prevention issues immediately
- Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Help to meet and exceed sales goals
- Uphold Soccer Village's code of conduct and business model
- Help supervisors to identify and resolve issues in the store
- Proactively bring opportunities to improve our customer service to management
- Provide feedback to Soccer Village Management in regards to buying trends and customer requests for product
- Customer service focus
- Soccer knowledge preferred
- Customer service experience preferred but not required

- At least 16 years old
- Work in a clean, pleasant, and comfortable retail store location setting.
- While performing the duties of this position, the individual is regularly required to talk or hear.
- This individual frequently is required to use hands, fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, and controls.
- This individual is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
